Fantastic experience at PizzaExpress! The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and family-friendly, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, and well presented, with a wide variety of pizzas and other menu options to suit all tastes. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, a brilliant dining experience that I would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning!
Our waiter made the visit super easy as he was showing us how to use the app and save a fortune on our order: worked as we spent the money we saved on more drinks! The food is standard as it is a chain, but was nice and as expected. The pizza are made for taste as opposed to size, but it was nice. The venue is in an ideal location in the city centre and nicely decorated
Excellent service yesterday evening from our server Patricia. They were extremely welcoming, helpful and served us with humour and a smile! Food was great as always, Pizza Express has become a safe place for me as a coeliac - they have a great variety of gluten free options and handle allergens very well. My partner (visiting from America) was also very impressed with the quality of food and service.
We had a wonderful experience thanks to Tatiana . She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived. She made sure everything was perfect, recommended great options from the menu, and always had a smile on her face. Her positive attitude really made our visit special and enjoyable. Excellent service like this makes a big difference we will definitely be coming back! :)
The staff were friendly and made our family (including a disabled person and two toddlers) feel welcome and comfortable. The food was great. Shame about the fire alarm, but we appreciated the discount on the bill to make up for having to stand in the cold for 10 mins or so! We asked for a scoop of ice cream for our twins, and the staff thought to split it into two bowls for them without our having to ask, which was appreciated.
