I’ve been using aspire1 since it first opened. My honest review is as below: Firstly, I am an extremely fussy eater so finding food that I like is very difficult for me. I have a fairly restricted diet but still wish to get my protein / carb macros in. I highly recommend the shawarma chicken with golden rice and sweet potato. This meal was full of flavour, the chicken was succulent and seasoned throughout - just the way I love it. The rice had its own kick. I have also tried the shawarma wrap and the grilled chicken wrap - you get 3 small wraps equating to 54g of protein in a single meal. This is ideal for me as I have to work on-the-go at times. They both taste amazing and my honest recommendation is the shawarma wrap for sure. If you like a good mix of veg, protein and carbs you can also get the chicken stir fry which I often order. Snacks wise I like to keep it simple with the brownie!

Takeaway food is hard choice because I know it not the right nutrition to me, Aspire 1 nutrition provides variety of tasty, delicious, mouth watering and balanced food suitable for all needs, that i can trust.👍 Salmon n Burgers is my favourite choice. Happy to see new menu every week ⚘️👌

Honestly, the best meal prep company I have ever used. All meals are freshly cooked, using good quality ingredients and the range of options is brilliant too. Can’t complain about portion sizes either, as they are perfect and tailor made to individual needs. i.e bulk or shred. All in all highly recommend it to anyone that is just looking to eat healthy, whilst saving time and money.
