We ordered a paneer Biriyani as I’m a vegetarian and after going home I did find a piece of chicken in it and when I rang the restaurant to complain about it, they took it really carelessly and didn’t bother responding, they did ask for a picture and when I sent it they responded back saying that I might’ve put a random piece of chicken and dismissed my complaint altogether. Really a bad customer service, I lost my money and a meal and my complaint wasn’t even taken seriously!!! possibly the worst experience.
We went on the strong recommendation of a friend and we’re not disappointed. Layout is basic but we were made welcome and staff were very happy and friendly. The food is amazing. I love biriyani and am frequently underwhelmed when I have one in a ‘standard’ Indian restaurant. I have read recipes and realise they are a labour of love and difficult to get right but the house special was gorgeous, full of flavour and very generous. Combined with the dhal it was perfect. We tried a dosa too, really good. Great value almost home cooked Indian comfort food. You should go
Authentic chicken dum biriyani , great flavour, quality & sufficient quantity! We went for the Jumbo chicken dum biriyani & highly recommend anyone who would love a spicy indian dum biriyani to try this one out 🤞
I recently visited this restaurant with zero expectations, and I must say, I was blown away. The biryani here is simply the best in town, capturing the authentic flavor of Hyderabadi cuisine. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the spices were balanced. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for an authentic Hyderabadi biryani experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
Tried the Cambridge street branch today. Food was not great, chips has burnt bits in them and the spicy chicken dippers were pulled straight from the freezer. The staff member was lovely but the food was very poor for the price and of low freezer quality. They also had no sauce, apart from ketchup!!!
