I was absolutely disgusted when I found a hair in my burrito from Pepes. It’s incredibly unhygienic and shows a serious lack of care in food preparation. This experience has completely put me off ordering from here again. I wouldn’t recommend Pepes to anyone who cares about cleanliness and quality.
Shouldn't really complain for £11. Burger was okay, fries were good so too were the sauces. Managed to get seated, but seating is limited. Order was taken quickly upon arrival but took 45 minutes to be served. Over run with delivery drivers collecting orders. Kids in and out every five minutes for no apparant reason .
Been to this place a few times but first time I’ve done a review. Was served by a member of the team who took great detail in checking our order. Ordered a chicken XL meal, a Texan burger meal and chicken and rice meal. The Texan burger meal was average, the chicken XL was ok and chicken and rice was average. The table needed a clean and the food was not as nice as before. Prices have increased to an average of £8 a meal which seems to be the going rate.
Me and two of my freinds came in here last night at around 9:10 pm and where do I start, the food was absolutely diabolically disgusting 🤢 I’ve never tasted such greasy and uncooked chicken in my whole life. It has been less than 24 hours later and it’s safe to say we will not be returning, I personally myself have been struggling to walk, I have been on the toilet emptying my insides for the whole day it is unexplainable. The service as well was dreadful members of staff were not very helpful at all when we was ordering our food very cocky if I do say so myself, place stinks and needs taking down in my opinion 👌
Pepe’s staff!!!! STOP MESSING UP MY ORDER ALL THE TIME!!!! I absolutely love pepe's but my order is messed up 50% of the time. Sometimes it's mild instead of extra hot, the other times my drinks or dips are missing. Tonight the whole fries portion is missing from order. I've been ordering pepe's 3 times a week (atleast) regularly for the past year and I don't think I'll continue ordering if this continues. I don't want you to give me an extra fries or dips for being a loyal customer this whole year, I'm just asking you to get my order right. Please fix it!!!! Update : 13th Dec- two pepsi max missing
