The staff member VJ was incredibly kind. Maybe the kindest person I've ever been served by. Very professional and a genuine smile and he even helped me clean my glasses because I couldn't see! A truly great experience and this man is a true legend!
Upper Crust Sheffield is hands down one of the best sandwich shops I’ve been to. The bread is always fresh, the fillings are generous, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is quick even during busy hours. There’s one male staff member in particular who is always incredibly friendly and patient. It’s my go-to spot for a satisfying lunch. Highly recommend if you’re in Sheffield!
It was nice to come to this shop first time and VJ was very kind to let me know that there’s an alternative for lactose intolerant and was patient to walk me through each step making sure it wouldn’t affect me.
Praveen and his colleague (whose name I didn’t catch) were brilliant- so polite and they couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you! Delicious sandwich, cinnamon latte ( best I’ve EVER HAD) and yummy cookie. I made an error with my sandwich and they sorted me out with no bother. So kind. Thank you
The cuisine was spectacular, scrumptious and yummy. I loved these pasties I’ve eaten. As it touched my tongue I was in heaven, It was epic.
