Accessible, near the bus stops, clean & comfy and they do oat milk as well! The bubbles were a bit too soft but we were here in the last hour before closing time so perhaps why? But good range of bubble teas & coffees and hot drinks but no vegan desserts yet….to my knowledge 🤔
Visited several times, one of my favourite places for dessert. The dirty croffle is insane - a must for bubble tea lovers. They do a good range of bubble tea flavours which are also very good.
Looks like an overall nice place to chill. Ordered a bubble tea for takeout so didn’t try any other desserts. It was quite disappointing, the tea was okay, but it was quite flat, bubble / boba was nice and soft but not much flavour. The biggest let down is the packaging, attempted to poke with the paper straw, but to no avail. Ended up trying to peel off the film to fit the straw in, as you can see, it doesn’t even peel nicely. I guess it’s safe to say that the tea is well protected from leakage, and also from the person who’s trying to drink it. Beverage: roasted milk tea, one size, £5.30 The printed menu is quite small too, and the menu on screen rotates so quickly!
A complete heartbreak 💔 that’s how I can describe my recent experience with Als Gongcha. As a regular customer who orders bubble tea every week (either online or by popping into the shop), I was really disappointed by how inattentive the staff have become towards customers. My order was almost mixed up, and then ice was added to a drink I had specifically asked to be made without ice, as my lungs have not yet fully recovered after pneumonia 🥲🥲🥲 When I politely asked the staff member whether she was new here, I was ignored. A wonderful place that I had been visiting regularly for a year, possibly longer, has left me feeling very disappointed.
A comfy place to stay and enjoy the tea also there is a small shop you can buy some Asian snacks there. Today I tried the bubble tea with normal brown sugar the bubbles were really nice and sweet but me and my husband felt the tea had a bitter taste.
