Liked the ambiance and overall menu but was disappointed with the food unfortunately. Maybe I expected too much from them, food we got was hot and fresh but it was prepared from ready made or market items such as aloo paratha. Some other items that we wanted to try were not in stock. Really loved their pink chai and staff is good :)
Really enjoyable meal! My husband and I chose the Desi Indian Breakfast but we had different items so we could try a bit of everything.
Big Fan of their Samossa Chat. Visited again today and tasted amazing chat. Presentation is amazing as well as the quantity is huge too. 😋
I did an uber takeaway from Chaiwalla after thinking of my mom’s tea back home. The tea was quite phenomenal and reminded me of home. I also ordered Punjabi samosa which were equally tasty but as an Indian I was not happy with the yougurt mayo dip. Please guys serve the green chutney that would help you in getting 5 stars. Thanks!! 🙏
Exceptional food coupled with really personable and attentive customer service. Hit and miss with the deserts. However all the drinks “hit” real good. The roti is to die for, rumali style just like South east Asia. Standardised flavours and quality as with the other stores I’ve visited. Great atmosphere and location. Quite disappointed that the app wasn’t working, after several attempts, I opted to just pay at the desk. Although I feel this may be down to the store opening quite recently. Incredibly excited to get my real chaii fix as and when I need.
