Chayu is the best place for Bubble tea in Sheffield. Nestled on the cusp of the city. This place is gorgeous from the moment you step in. Filled with little cute cats and a very welcoming and relaxing ambience. Staff are well informed and the range is so rich and authentic. My favourites are, the Taro (which sells out quite quick at this store), charcoal latte, sunset by the sea and the classic brown sugar. I had a phase when I didn’t go for a while as they got my order wrong once but truth be told, when I’ve tried alternatives, it’s been nowhere as good as Chayu.
As a regular, I love this spot!! You can tell the owner put a lot of effort into it, from the innovative flavour combos to how every drink is presented and even the aesthetic of the shop :) The service is lovely and I've never been disappointed
Without a doubt the best bubble tea in Sheffield, ingredients are fresh and high quality and recipes are authentic in style. Drinks are always refreshing, and the tea is delicious. Very friendly staff, if you have any questions about drinks don't be afraid to ask. There's also a very generous rewards scheme, which gives you free upsizes, toppings and even drinks. 10/10 would recommend.
Wayne was so warm and helpful when I had an issue with my car! Wouldn’t even let me buy a coffee and offering me snacks. So lovely and kind. Good coffee too. Am sure all his drinks are equally delicious . Thanks so much Wayne 💛💛
I've been going for over a year and can happily say they're consistently great. The drinks have such variety and are each really tasty. The loyalty card has very fair rewards may even say quite generous and the packaging is so cute. Always really comfortable environment and staff are always so nice!
