Commercial Property Paralegal Location: Sheffield Salary: £26,000+ CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm in the recruitment of a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing Commercial Property team based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Paralegal, looking to build a long-term career within Commercial Property law. The Opportunity Working alongside experienced Commercial Property fee earners, you will provide support on a broad range of transactions, gaining exposure to high-quality work while developing your technical knowledge and practical experience. The role will involve: Assisting with a variety of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and related transactions Drafting legal documentation and correspondence Managing property searches and Land Registry applications Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties by telephone and email Maintaining accurate records and case management systems Supporting fee earners with transactional and administrative tasks Ensuring matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met About You Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate a genuine Commercial Property background and possess the drive to develop their legal career.
