Operations Director Sheffield Competitive salary plus share options, pension, relocation support Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting an electronics business in Sheffield who is looking for a Operations Director to join their growing team. The Role This is a key leadership role focused on driving operational performance, guiding products from initial development through to full-scale production, supporting the company's growth plans, and continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of site operations. Key responsibilities include: Work cross functionally to manage the full product lifecycle Building scalable processes to support new products and higher volumes Leading and developing multidisciplined teams Owning S&OP processes and collaborating on demand forecasting Driving operational readiness for new product introductions Improving and identifying cost reduction opportunities Managing supply chain risk and ensuring compliance with quality standards The Person We are keen to speak with Operation Directors with the following: Knowledge of electronics manufacturing Experience scaling from NPI to high volume production Familiarity with yield management, capacity planning and ERP or MRP systems Confident leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor teams A data led approach and strong cross functional communication Ability to operate in a high growth environment with evolving priorities Apply now or contact Ian Bruce to discuss this Operations Director opportunity.
