<b>Package Description: </b> <p>Are you an inspiring care professional who’s ready to shape something exceptional?<br />Do you thrive on leading teams, delivering high-quality care, and creating a home where residents truly feel at home?</p> <p>If so, we’d love to welcome you into the Agincare family as the Registered Manager of our beautifully refurbished care home in Norton Lees.</p> <strong>The opportunity</strong> <p>No two days are the same—but every day you’ll make a meaningful difference.</p> <p>You’ll lead your team to deliver a safe, caring, responsive and effective service, ensuring the highest standards for each resident who calls our home… home.</p> <p><strong>Your key responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Championing choice, dignity and person-centred care for every resident</li><li>Reviewing and adapting care plans in partnership with residents, families, staff and professionals</li><li>Monitoring and auditing service quality — and acting swiftly on areas of improvement</li><li>Managing risk assessments and safeguarding practices to keep residents safe</li><li>Recruiting, inducting, mentoring and developing your team</li><li>Leading with confidence on HR matters, including performance and conduct</li><li>Ensuring effective staffing levels and robust contingency planning</li><li>Investigating safeguarding concerns, managing complaints, and ensuring full regulatory compliance, including duty of candour</li></ul> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>You’re passionate, motivated and ready to lead. You bring experience, heart, and a commitment to delivering excellent care.</p> <p><strong>You’ll need</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>At least 12 months remaining on your Right to Work in the UK</li><li>QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)</li><li>A management qualification (QCF level 4) or willingness to work towards it</li><li>Previous registration in a residential service (preferable)</li><li>Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and care home operations</li><li>Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people-management skills</li><li>Experience supporting vulnerable adults</li><li>Full-time availability (42 hours per week)</li></ul> <p>This is your opportunity to take ownership of a newly refurbished care home, shape the culture from the ground up, and build something truly exceptional for your residents, your team and your career.</p> <p>Come and be part of the Agincare story — where you’re valued, supported and celebrated for the difference you make.</p> <p><strong>About Agincare</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Agincare is proudly celebrating 40</em></strong><em> years of caring for communities.
