<p>You will work closely with our full-time Chef to deliver exceptional food and a smooth kitchen operation. The role requires confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</p> <p>Job Role:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Seasonal menu development</strong> — Contribute to designing creative, flavour-driven menus that remain cost-effective.</li><li><strong>Daily kitchen operations</strong> — Support smooth service by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.</li><li><strong>Inventory &amp; cost control</strong> — Contribute in managing stock levels, place orders, and help maintain budgets without compromising standards.</li><li><strong>Front-of-house collaboration</strong> — Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.</li><li><strong>Food safety &amp; allergen compliance</strong> — Implement and uphold all relevant safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.</li></ul> <p>What you will bring:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Chef experience</strong> — Demonstrable background working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.</li><li><strong>Culinary expertise</strong> — Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavour pairing, and plating aesthetics.</li><li><strong>Leadership ability</strong> — Confidence motivating and guiding colleagues during service.</li><li><strong>Creativity</strong> — A passion for experimenting with ingredients, textures, and presentation.</li><li><strong>Organisation &amp; resilience</strong> — Ability to stay calm, structured, and efficient during busy periods.</li><li><strong>Qualifications</strong> — Culinary training or certifications in food safety and hygiene.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>
