Our Values Community Approachability Excellence Integrity Protector About the role As an Assistant Conveyancer you will as part of a team to provide comprehensive support and advice ton a range of specialised Residential Property matters. You will not only be able to: Support a range of property transactions Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience. Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes. Work collaboratively as part of a team. Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm. Qualifications Proven experience of supporting and / or managing a residential conveyancing caseload. Required Skills Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, compliance and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: sale transactions from start to finish, exchange and completions, searches and reports. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Experience of working collaboratively as a team is desirable. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties. Work collaboratively, support team members and shared knowledge. Comfortable using case management systems and digital processes.
