<b>Package Description: </b> <p>Are you an experienced Maintenance Person who would like to use your skill set in a rewarding work environment with our welcoming and specialised support team at Norton Lees care home?</p> <strong>Where you'll be working</strong> <ul> <li>Click here to view the care home </li></ul> <strong>As an Agincare employee you'll enjoy</strong> <ul> <li>£12.80 per hour</li><li>Refer a friend scheme earn up to £1000</li><li>Outstanding career development</li><li>Fully funded training (up to QCF level 5)</li><li>Blue Light Card discount package</li><li>Company pension scheme</li><li>On demand pay</li></ul> <strong>What is required from you?</strong> <ul> <li>A minimum of 12 months on your right to work</li><li>Include any additional requirements in terms of experience, driving etc</li><li>Available to work 40 hours per week </li></ul> <strong>A day in the life of a Maintenance Person</strong> <ul> <li>You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements</li><li>You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.</li><li>If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.</li><li>Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents.</li><li>You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.</li></ul> <p>Agincare is proudly celebrating 40 years of caring for communities.
