Horrendous experience - pay on arrival, pay stations only on floor 1 or 9, I was on floor 3 with my five year old daughter and there was nobody parked there, I couldn’t find the pay machine on floor 1, we were going to the theatre which we had booked months ago as a massive treat and we nearly missed the show looking round that stupid car park. Then went through a door to go downstairs and it stank, there was a massive poo and a pair of pants there, my five year old started crying, to be honest it was hilarious afterwards but at the time really stressful. Biggest poo I have ever seen in my life. Total kraken of the north. I never found the pay machine, took ages downloading ring go app and signing in to pay, left the car park to go to Charles street because it didn’t feel safe. Still paid for an hour because I felt like it would be one of those places that fine you for entering even though we never parked there. Avoid.
Not the best car park in the world but it was cheap and easy to pay for using an app linked to a bank account. It was convenient to where I was visiting and there were plenty of spaces, so I will definitely use it again
£7 for 2 hours and the place smells like piss and the lift doesn't even work. The turning as you go in and out is so tight our car hit the side! At least, if we have to spend so much for parking, keep the place in decent condition!
The ground is uneven at parts of the car park but the cheapest parking in central Sheffield by far.
Doesn’t really look like a ‘safe’ car park, but it was and got parked no problem. Clearly popular as it was full when I left mid-afternoon. Also much cheaper than other car parks! Only £5.50 for 12 hours!
