Parked on Sunday. £2 per 1 hour. If you plan to stay longer than 4 hours, prepay in advance for the day for £8 flat rate.
Parked there in July, I accidentally turned right on my way to pay. Immediately realised my mistake but there is nowhere to turn around thanks to the stupid little walls that force you to go forward. I found a smaller “private” car park still within the same building so I managed to turn around in there, drive to the pay machine and pay. Now I have been slapped with a £100 fine for not paying? Absolutely ridiculous! I have appealed it explaining the situation. Needs to be more clearly sign posted upon leaving.
Good central location car park. 4 payment machines on level 2 by the lift. 3 in working order. License plate recognise entry. May not be suitable for very large cars, turning space up or down ramps to next level slightly on tight side but driven with care was fine.
Parked here today to meet a friend. Unfortunately on my return,I put my registration in wrong by one digit. Paid £2.50. as requested. Then realised it was wrong. Went back to the machine and entered the correct registration. Gone over by 1 minute. Cost me another £6.!! So for just over 3 hours,cost me £ 8.50.!! Even Dick Turpin wore a mask.🤣🤣🤣
Booked on JustPark and ended up receiving a parking fine, despite arriving and leaving within times stated, appeal was dismissed, really disappointing.
