I think the negative reviews aren’t right. I booked and paid online in advance for an evening event. The car went in on the ANPR. There was plenty of room. I left on the ANPR. I thought it wasn’t going to let me out for a moment but as I pressed the help button the barrier opened. My only beef was that it wasn’t clear how to get in as a pedestrian. Someone coming out let me in. Otherwise a very convenient central parking place. It cost me £10 for three hours.

Tight, one way small car park, ridiculous pay station. Tried to pay at the barrier but wasn’t successful, then I call the customer services, she said ‘go inside and pay’ —- I realised the pay station is upstairs not inside. When I paid successfully then I requested a receipt by pressing a receipt button, the machine didn’t response. After reading the reviews I wonder it was a scam / trap. Avoid.

Ridiculous company and system, I paid for 2 hours parking on my return at the kiosk but the barrier made me pay £15 to get out! The general layout of the place is also asking for an accident. Currently trying to get a refund.

Small car park with very tight spaces, a lot of spaces reserved so not many available to use. Very expensive and charges not clearly displayed.

EXTRA CHANGE OF £15 The seasonal ticket is totally useless. My workplace is around this area, so I bought what is called seasonal ticket through the APCOA website. This monthly payment was used to charge from my bank account regularly. My car was stopped from the barrier and the operator asked me to pay an extra £15 for going out through the intercom, due to their system has been updated and price increased. But I didn’t receive any notice or reminder in advance. I explained the situation to her and she resisted that I have to make the extra payment to get release. Also, she said this is not relevant to her department. It is ridiculous to ask me to take the responsibility for such mistake caused by the poor communication within their company.
