Touch wood me and my cousin font have a ticket. We paid by app and requested receipt to be emailed to us. We left way before our due time was due. Excellent location especially if your popping into town Only downfall is there are no longer Sunday rates, therefore knocked it down one star. I would give this 0 stars if possible! AVOID at all costs. 60 pound parking fine for staying 3 minutes over, even after paying for an extortionate ticket on a Sunday. 2 days to pay from the date I received my letter to 100 pounds fine! AVOID at all costs!
Unfair parking charge despite payment made. I parked here on 25 September 2025 and paid £2.50 at the on-site machine, which was the maximum it allowed. The machine didn’t accept higher payment and gave no warning that the amount was insufficient. A few weeks later, I received a £100 Parking Charge Notice from Euro Car Parks, claiming that my “permit did not cover date/time,” even though I paid and have proof from my credit card statement. This seems to be a recurring issue, as many other drivers have reported the same fault at this car park. The machine and signage are misleading, and Euro Car Parks refuses to acknowledge their system error. I’ve filed an appeal and strongly advise others to avoid this car park until the payment system is fixed.
Faulty machine and penalty notices, horrible parking conditions and definitely not suitable for new drivers. Spaces narrow, driveway only wide enough for one car and no way to turn around. trying to get out if there is other car on drive is mission impossible.
My 1st choice of car park whenever I need to stop in Sheffield. Fairly priced. Very safe and very rarely have to park elsewhere. There tends to be enough spacea for parking whenever I come into Sheffield.
