Handy for work, plenty of space and cheaper than a lot of others during the week! I have got an incorrect fine once for staying staying 8.5 hours (I had paid the max amount) so would advise you keep or photograph all paper tickets though. This was cancelled though when I appealed fairly quickly.
Plenty of spaces to park, road condition is not too bad. Though there are few other street and lot parking nearby seems to offer similar or competitive rate, especially on a Sunday. The price shown on the information is incorrect, and website doesn’t seem to load or show the correct pricing. 4-6 hours at £6 (and maximum charge per 24 hours) some other lots doing £1/hour and few other NCP doing a
Used the car park 4 times, each occasion for only an hour successfully using the totally glitchy app, as evidenced within that app. Despite my efforts, payment didn't go through the last time, though I wasn't aware of this at the time. I parked for an hour, and got a £60 fine. I sent in evidence of my use of the app at the time of parking and my regular successful use of the car park. I obviously wouldn't risk not paying £2 deliberately for a huge fine. They didn't care at all and insisted I cough up. I use NCP car parks now. Way better.
Got my car stolen there two years ago at this car park. I Had to use this car park again reluctantly, paid on my card and they sent me a fine. I paid the fine then found evidence i had originally paid (innocent error) so requested a refund. Apparently, my mistake is non refundable as a payment is an admission of guilt and they regard this as case closed. However, they profit (£61.50) from their mistake of sending me an incorrect fine, even though they will be able to check i did actually pay!
Used to be a really good and convenient car park. £6 for 12hrs. Received 2 parking charges recently. Both sent at Final Notice stage wanting £170, never received the initial notice or reminder. Second one received on the last day of the 7 days I had to pay. Both times the parking had been paid for. First one has been cancelled (rightfully so), second one is under appeal.
