DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE, it is not a safe or secure car park! My father’s car had a part from his car stolen whilst parked here, to top it off we were charged twice trying to exit the car park (£26 in total). NCP are a scamming company that completely lack any sense professionalism or security and should be investigated by the police for fraudulent activity!
Only two levels, small spaces and turning, but we managed to park our xtrail okay. Two young men skateboarding around inside as we were leaving. We paid £8 for two hours parking.
Visited this car park today whilst heading into the city centre. It is well located and wasn't very busy (however this is still during non-essential shops being closed), and the price per hour is probably not unexpected (but not competitive). Fortunately I was not paying today. It is fairly tight to drive around so was glad my car has all around sensors, and quite a few spots are quite small. They are better options such as the John Lewis multi-storey or some non-covered car parks with more space and with better rates.
"Pedestrians - don't walk down the ramp" but there aren't any clear pathways for pedestrians to get down?! Lol, like, sort it out...
We have parked here for 4 hours, and couldn’t get out for 40 minutes because of the carpark payment system. The assistant wasn’t very heplful at all. Just a note for today, dont even bother parking there
