Tried to park here with staff discount but no provision was available to validate the parking once I took a ticket on entry. Staff on the phone were very unhelpful and would not apply discount as the code I had been provided was not in the correct format. If you use this car park, ensure discount code is pre loaded through the app and completely set up beforehand (including payment card) and that the app is scanned on entry. Phone signal is poor in the car park and once a ticket has been taken to enter, you will be paying full price.

They are cheating they put the price does not correct for on-site parking. You have to pay through the app. We stayed for two hours then in the last five minutes we saw the prices for the up payment. Then we just had to pay £8 for two hours total scam

Disguising service. They refused me from paying with cash. I tried to call them and resolved it and they just kept hanging up on me until they told me they would send me a form that would cost me £10 plus the parking fee otherwise I would not be allowed to leave with my car. AVOID AT ALL COST.

A standard city centre multi storey car park but many thanks to the very helpful security person who helped me negotiate an unfamiliar place

Not suitable for cars with low ground clearance. Confusing layout. Spaces are very narrow, you think you found a free space, only to discover that the cars on either side parked on/over the line... even tiny hatchbacks. The ticked scanner to let you back into the building on foot didn't work, I had to wait for someone to exit to open the door for me.
