Customer services the best i've encountered with a parking company. I made an error booking online - my account still had my old car reg. Contacted them for a refund and it was in my account the very next day (a saturday). Nice to know there's actual humans able to make reasoned decisions, not bound my computers telling them "No"

The car park was convenient, but the new pricing is really steep. It used to be £1.45 per hour with the app, but now it’s jumped to £14 for a full day, which feels excessive. There was no notice of the price change at the gate or online, and no updated signs showing the new rates. I called about it but was refused a refund, which was disappointing. No grumbles with this car park. Easily accessible. Prices are not too expensive for the sheffield city center (approximately €7.50 for two hours). You collect a ticket on entry and pay on exit by contact less, or you can download an app (I chose to pay by card). There are accessible parking spaces. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use of the car park.

Used to be reasonable priced in app but now they’ve put price up with no notice or warning- or change to the signage. Lifts have been out of order for over 3-6 months now, which has no signage or warning until you get to them and see that it’s stuck on the 9th floor.

I would advise that you avoid this car park until the lifts are fixed if you need wheelchair/pram access or have reduced mobility! The parking spaces are very narrow, and as I have a new born, I need to be able to open the doors wide. I therefore had to park on the top level to allow myself enough space to do so, to then find the only lift was broken and had to push my baby down the car ramps. The ramps state no pedestrians, but having spoken to a (very polite) staff member, he advised there was unfortunately no other way down. Also couldn’t find a pay station that was accessible to me without having to use stairs (as lift broken and the only level access in and out is level 1, whereas pay station is lower), and it was only pure luck that I had someone with me who could watch my baby while I ran down a level to pay for the ticket. A shame as the location is great for town - hopefully this will be resolved asap.
