Pennine Five Car Park

Worst car park ever! Found this car park, because it was affordable and located in Sheffield city centre. Firstly there was no parent and child parking and the bays were tight. Secondly once I got my baby in the pushchair there was no accessible exit out of the car park, so we had to get back in the car and leave. Thirdly we rang the helpline to ask if there is an accessible exit, after waiting on call for so long I was told that they don’t know if there is or not? Bear in mind they have disabled parking. Lastly in the short time I was parked and left I was charged and had to pay. I will never be using Pennine Five Car Park again.

Really dangerous car park. Just navigated the drama of my 22yo daughter coming back to the car park on her own after dark and the main gate not letting her in to retrieve her vehicle. In the middle of Sheffield city centre. I was really concerned. Phone lines were unattended. The reviews state this has happened to others as well. This needs investigating as somebody is going to get hurt if nothing is done. Our family will not be using this car park again. 😡

This car park should in no way pass a health and saftey check! My car has been written off as On friday of last week I was on Level D in the carpark. I was turning my car round to park in a free space when i hit/smashed into a low concerete barrier which had 'NO' warning signs or anything on it (other low barrier has yellow suck on signs, others were just on the floor!) The low barrier was only approx 1m 20m. I have attached pictures showing my smashed windscreen and winscreen barrier(insurance company have written car off due to the damage to the windscreen pillar) Another car has done the exact same thing the same day or day before as there was a load of windscreen glass on the floor. Im currently in contact with the health and safety tema at sheffield council. Have tried calling the car park no answer and have contacted them through there website no reply yet. If you are the other person that hit the pillar or anyone else who has done the same please leave your number on a review and I will be in touch. Dangerous car parks like this should not be around in 2025!! UPDATE 10/6 PLEASE EMAIL US WE'D BE HAPPY TO ASSIST! WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH THEY ASKED FOR MY INSURANCE DETAILS THEN HEARD NOTHING SINCE. NOW SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE

I have used this car park for the last year so i know that payment process after the stay on a certain day I paid got a receipt proof of payment Received a parking fine a week later saying i did pay. I have sent a email with the a copy of the receipt. they still say the fine stand so have to pay £60. in the next two weeks if not this will increase to £100. I feel this is a scam and illegal that they can do this.i will no longer use this car park in Sheffield city centre, Most of the time it has litter in the doorway and urine smell, disgusting

Do not use this car park, I bought a legitimate ticket from Just Park. Got to the car park where one of their operators was stopping cars as they were doing maintenance to the door. I told him I was early he said it was ok. Then told me to drive in. I parked up and left over an hour early all fine so far. I then received a notice saying I had parked and not paid!!.This was issued by a company called Bank Park who I asked to review the charge and have come back and said it is still valid. In the review they still haven't stated what I actually did wrong and I think it is just a scam. So be very careful. The really annoying part of this is that I actually went to donate blood at the Blood Donor Centre!!!
