The car park was clean, well lit and secure but don't expect a receipt on exit as you have to request by email & then as I called assistance, the barrier went down so then I had no ticket and no proof of payment. He eventually answered again and said he couldn't let me out unless I told him how much I'd just paid but I'd just tapped my card, not looking as I'd expected a receipt option. I then had to wait ages to get enough reception to log on to my Internet banking to tell him so he would release me! Won't be using it again.
Immaculate, well lit and secure. Conveniently situated. This is reflected in the cost but overall would recommend. Good choice if you're visiting the City Hall.
Pre booking worked just fine. The door recognised the car number plate nicely. There were plenty of spaces to choose from.
Not so good for disabled drivers. Lifts not fully working. I know it was a busy evening but disabled people don't get a night off. You can and should do better.
Pre-booking makes it cheaper and all very automated but the physical layout makes navigating inside very tight. Visibility on ramps very poor. Obviously a repurposed building making it difficult. Positives: Lots of disabled spaces, good lighting, clean. Negatives: Disabled spaces aren't the closest to the pedestrian exists (for no apparent reason), you need a barcode from your booking/ticket to open pedestrian access doors, no bins, no toilets. My response to your response asking "how to satisfy you better?" - Obviously, add more bins, some toilets and make the normal parking spots that are closer to the stairs than disabled spots into disabled spots. Try to limit the walking/wheelchair distance to a minimum.
