I have recently had cause to take advantage of Shorts' accountancy expertise in how to make changes within my Sage application. I was most pleased and relieved to welcome Nicola to our offices. She understood perfectly what I needed and what the problem was, and in no time at all was clicking and tapping away making the changes required.
