Have been In Sheffield city branch today where a lovely lady called Kinga sorted online banking for my husband who is dyslexic. Kinga was very helpful and patient with him. An absolute credit to Barclays bank, very polite and knowledgeable a pleasure to have her help. Thankyou Kinga Thankyou Barclays.

I am very disappointed. Yesterday, I tried to buy a new car, very far from my home, the journey took over two hours one way. The car was in very good technical condition and I was satisfied. I wanted to pay for the car by bank transfer, but it didn't work out. The bank representative was very rude and unprofessional, and didn't understand that I was wasting my time and money. To make matters worse, he blocked my account and I couldn't use my card on the way back home

Roheema and Donna were absolutely brilliant - helped us sort our accounts and even helped us navigate apps - which we were originally reluctant to do being digital dinosaurs. Exceptional customer service not rushed or pressured- highly recommended.

Cost me £60 for 6 drinks. It’s far too expensive. I overheard a group of other people saying the same thing. I won’t be visiting this place often. We are not London. Bring your prices down. We all know what a bottle of wine costs. Your prices do not validate this.. you are ripping people off! Don’t buy from this place.
