One person serving on the four person cash desks over lunch? He was counting money for 5 minutes of my wait as well. I understand people need to have a lunch break, but where was everyone??
They get two stars because of their friendly and helpful staff. But they're chronically understaffed, there's only four counters and waiting times are horrendous as a result. Lord help them when the Eccy Road NatWest shuts down next month.
After waiting for over 30 minutes, I was simply told to call their customer service number because the branch couldn’t assist me. Very inefficient and frustrating. I’ve had much better experiences with online banks.
Last two weeks closed bad service
Not good, trying to sort out my dad's account after he died and took the paperwork in, not heard anything for 2 weeks and when I chased the call centre said the documents hadn't been uploaded properly. Did it over the phone and now I have to wait 25 working days for an update. I have to pay for his cremation and while the call centre said I could take the invoice into the branch, I don't have much confidence that they will help
