Vikrant is very polite and Helpful.He is just take the problems and cleared it like his own work. He helped me start mymobile banking asmy India number was updated. He assisted me in getting the one time password. I wanted my mobile banking started to get my funds from India to pay my university fees.Very good service from HSBC. Very good gesture by Vikrant.

Vibrant is the experience was extremely smooth and the process was pretty straightforward. The staff were friendly and approachable as well. Sandeep helped me open my account and set everything up and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, patiently answering all my questions and explaining things to me if I didn’t understand something. Overall a 10/10 experience!
