26th January 2026 I've been to Lloyd's bank high street Sheffield when I arrived Natalie first I spoke to at the door, asked me what could she help me with today, and all the staff always very polite and brilliant at there jobs, asked then she asked me to go over to the cashier assistant who helped me and then I went to see Ameena who helped me she was very helpful and friendly then I spoke to manager Alice and Vicki who very nice friendly and then I left and all the staff are really nice and friendly and helpful and kind at Lloyd's bank high street Sheffield from Phillip Taylor 12th January 2026 I went to Lloyd's bank high street Sheffield and got served by Vicki and I spoke to manager Alice and there nice cash Assessents they always very helpful and friendly and great with me nice smile. from Phillip Taylor My opinion is that lloyds bank sheffield Halifax branch the Moor and Crystal peaks need to keep open in defently because not everyone can do there banking online. It would be very difficult for most people to cope with anymore banks closing down for good and since Woodhouse Lloyd's branch closed for good Woodhouse not the same anymore from Phillip Taylor

Attended the branch in Sheffield On arrival was ask by Vanessa why I was there. Told me to take a seat for 20 minutes as it was very busy. Vanessa came back and was so helpful,I felt I had to do a review. Please pass on my thanks to her,she is a credit to your business.
0 out if five stars but it wont let me give that… its the Worst customer service ever!!! i have been into the bank three times and phoned customer service so many times i have lost count, tgey tell me to go into branch to sort the issue, every time they tell ne its sorted and every time it isnt , ive now tried phoning direct to the branch and they are putting the ohone down not even answering, what a joke. Will someone please contact me
