Came in a number of times with a few simple questions and was told conflicting information every time. I returned each time with the necessary documents the previous associate told me I’d need only to finally be informed that my request was not possible in person not because I didn’t the criteria but because they only service requests like mine online. What’s the point of having a physical bank where no one knows anything?

Went in on 31/10/2022 the lady on the front welcoming people with sweets was very rude and patronising then was passed on to a girl to open a account for my daughter who had no customer service skills and did not do her job properly as the paperwork she filled in was wrong so I had to then apply again for the account. Too busy pushing online services NatWest have lost there customer service as the staff don't want to help you they tell you to do it online and when you go on line it's a app called Cora and it's rubbish doesn't work properly. Sort it out NatWest I've been a customer over 20 years and I'm not happy
