Good afternoon, called in your branch this morning 25/07/2025 and was greeted at reception with lovely friendly faces who pointed me in the direction I needed ( good for them, please pass on my thanks. Then I was greeted by Kip who went well and beyond to help me with my problem, well done Kip please pass on my kind regards to Kip. Well done to all the team. Keep up the good work. Frustrating and time consuming, very poor communication between departments, lack of continuity, no app or online available but charges being implemented. Took 2 weeks, several hours on the phone to close account and then they couldn't confirm that the balance had been transferred to the requested account in another bank! That's after they mixed up the name of the new bank with the name of the account and refused to transfer the funds!

Absolutely the worst “bank” on walking in you’re greeted by what can only be described as scruffy bank colleagues in their so called “uniform” looking more like they’re off to a park. Stood gossiping at the reception desk Very lax service Unprofessional approach and to be honest listening to some of them talk to, and about customers, downright rude and condescending I have never in my life felt so awkward and uncomfortable in a so called professional workspace The aesthetic of the place is not geared to instilling trust or professionalism at all and closing an account took over an hour when no-one seemed to know what they were doing

Spectacular! Great place to get a drink and relax or chat with friends / colleagues. Lovely atmosphere - congratulations to the Virgin Money team.

Very unfriendly staff. Made a mistake by paying a direct debit twice. Asked for indemnity payment first lady said it was fine we will sort it out for you. Half hour later got a call from manager saying they think I was making a fraudulent claim. Even though they looked into my account and said it went through twice.
