Virgin Money

Is this the most unhelpful branch ever? Or is it strange corporate practice times? Went to the tellers to pay in a cheque to be told 'can't do that here' you need to go to customer services podium. No-one at the podium, so I wait. No other customers in the branch, and after 2 mins or so a staff member from behind the counter comes out to serve me. Only then the printer won't work! Total farce. So who is at fault. The staff? The policies? Or me as a customer?

Staff have always been good and helpful would have given them 5 stars but the actual bank is shocking can't log into the online keeps refusing to let me pay online and I have to the phone up to get access but they can't help me get online but that's not the branches fault honestly I would close my bank but I can't find any bank that's good to replace and I don't have the time for a 4 hour phone call or to visit the bank

What a waste of time it's obvious that their working hours don't reflect the normal working person 930 till 4 and one day 10 till 4...and no opening on a Saturday.so how do they expect you to deal with a problem because on line chat is automated and just end up going round in circles or you sit in a queue waiting for someone who hasn't clue then says go into your local branch, so I have to take time off,fight through traffic, pay for parking, walk a mile cause it's on a busy major road for simple service that I want! absolutely useless service from a so called major bank

Becky at Hillsborough branch was very helpful with my transaction today friendly and polite.

Who are these opening times meant to be for? Certainly not for anyone with a 9-5, like most normal humans. Would like to sort my issue in person, but can't because I'm at work. So instead going to have to wade through their online services as well.
