Visited this branch today 02/10/23. The staff were brilliant, could not do enough for us . Ex Yorkshire bank customers had us sorted out quickly and efficiently. Give them a chance, things have changed in the last year or two. Very happy customer.
A recent visit to this bank highlighted the same faults as previous visits. A queue reaching back to the door, a 30 minute wait to be served, and only one cashier. Plenty of other staff wandering about willing to serve customers who don’t need to deal with actual money. Perhaps this is why it is referred to as a store not a bank by the staff.
Only good thing good about this bank is the self service ATM. But you can’t access these out of opening times. The opening hours are not practical for anyone with a daytime job. No Saturday opening and it’s packed out at lunch times
Had to go to the bank today , the service I received from a mr cutts was fantastic , couldn’t do enough for me , I was very stressed and he sorted everything
Bank open till 4pm Saturday.... no it's not!!!!! The doors are open but can't deal with any enquiries!!!! Only mortgage appointments!!! Doesn't clearly state this on opening times... could have saved me a journey, as if I've nothing better to do on a sunny Saturday!?! Thanks Yorkshire Bank!!!!
