I have not felt this comfortable having my haircut in years (and that's double figures) I am thinning on top which makes me feel anxious & embarrassed Gemma was completely understanding of my feelings & explained she offers a hair replacement system that gives you a full head of hair which I was extremely interested in I opted for a shampoo before my cut which was incredibly relaxing (you are fully laid flat) I think if we wouldn't have been chatting I would have drifted off Couldn't be happier with my haircut other than having the hair replacement system done, the atmosphere of the barbers is chilled out & the decor is cool A*****
