Brilliant, well manner and experienced staff. Usually visit them 2 times every month they are expert in doing eyebrows specially without pain. Highly recommended

I went there last Tuesday 9th of December 2025 , it says they open at 11am , I got there at 11.20am I got fed up of waiting after 20 minutes and left there at 11.40am still no had come there.. I had day off on Wednesday 17th of December 2025 and 1 woman arrived at 11.43am ( not as advertised at 11am opening time ) Had my eyebrows done , by Aleesha that's what she called herself , She ruined my eyelashes completely , she's cut them very short on the right side , towards the centre. She then had the nerve to tell me , it was my fault, lying that I had moved. I am never coming here again , I cried , when I got home , I look awful I don't know how long I have to wait , for them to grow back again. If I could give 0 star I would do that. I would never recommend this place to anyone . If you value your face , don't bother coming here Also very strong snell of acrylic I asked to speak to the owner , she said she was the owner, Her attitude is so bad

Did my sister’s hair beautifully, but when it came to mine I asked for a simple trim on my fringe — specifically said “keep it under my eyebrows.” She decided to chop it into a tiny mini fringe instead. Im left feeling humiliated. I barely made it a few shops away before I started crying. I feel so insecure now. Absolutely awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went here today and Zara did my brows. She was super gentle, precise, and kept my brows thick (unlike some other beauticians) while giving them a good shape and finish. Thank you, Zara!

Had my nails done at this shop after my usual one was closed. The acrylic was applied way too thin, it was patchy, wonky and applied really badly. The acrylic application also left dried up acrylic stuck around my cuticles. The nail tips used were thin and flimsy and they had limited sizes meaning nearly every tip was a different shape, some not even covering the whole nail. The already thin acrylic was then filed down using a drill. The paint job was patchy, leaving the polish uneven and even bitty in some places. The top coat applied lost its shine after just one day leaving my nails looking dull and patchy. The acrylic application was so bad that I can still bend the tip underneath them meaning they won’t last long. No primer or dehydrated was used before applying the acrylic and the tips were not filed down prior to acrylic application meaning they appear raised under the acrylic. I thought this was strange and then when another staff member asked my nail lady if she had used primer she said “yes” even though I knew full well she hadn’t. In hindsight I should have said something but I was in a rush due to an appointment and knew there would be no time to fix them before I left. And when another woman complained about the service she was receiving while she was there, the staff members proceeded to talk about her which was extremely unprofessional and made me second guess mentioning my concerns as I felt uncomfortable. The nails look more like talons with the shape of the tips being so curved. They look absolutely shocking. If I could ask for a refund I 100% would because I’ve never been unhappier with a set of nails in my life. I’m definitely not going back. £35 wasted.
