I had my Hollywood waxing done and it was honestly so easy and quick. Latoya made me feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish and she is such a lovely lady. It was a real pleasure meeting her and having her do my treatment. She even fit in my eyebrow waxing last minute, which I really appreciated. Everything about the experience was great and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I have been coming to this waxing studio for a while now and I can confidently say Latoya is absolutely amazing at what she does. I usually get a hollywood and underarms wax, and the results are always flawless, so I keep coming back for more. She is incredibly kind, easy to chat with and just overall a lovely person. She makes every appointment feel comfortable and enjoyable. Latoya also recommended me a African scrub for better exfoliation after waxing, I couldn't be more happier with it. My skin is so much smoother and my back acne has disappeared in such a short time since using this. I highly recommend Latoya to anyone!!
First time customer, and I am so happy that i had stopped overthinking and chosed Wax and Beauty. The salon was very clean and had a great welcoming feel with a lovely seating area and plenty of sweet option to endulge while you wait. Latoya provided reassurance, calmed all nerves and anxiousness. She provided explanation about the service and the process. Not going to lie the waxing isnt pain free but the conversations throughout the process makes the pain forgetable. Overall amazing customer service.
Latoya is the best! Very professional, reassuring and explains everything to put you at ease. She is very skilled at what she does. I had my eyebrows done and couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be back again, and again and again!
After having a wax that was done poorly and outside of standard practice from a different salon I was slightly apprehensive about trusting another waxer but from the start Latoya has been amazing in explaining the process and reassuring me that everything would be done correctly. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to go to for my waxes because she truly is the best ❤️
