I recently purchased a vehicle from Capital Cars and had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. Steve and the team were consistently helpful, patient, and professional, and I found them to be both trustworthy and transparent. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase; instead, I was given ample time to view the vehicle over multiple visits and take it on test drives to ensure it was the right decision for me. The car was exactly as advertised, with a full MOT, service history and all necessary recalls completed. I was also able to part-exchange my previous vehicle, which was a significant help, and I am confident it has been left in good hands. The six-month warranty provided additional reassurance, and I would have no hesitation in returning to Capital Cars in the future should I require further assistance or another vehicle. Unfortunately, as a young female driver, I encountered several dealerships where I was overlooked and conversations were directed primarily to my father, despite the purchase being for me. Capital Cars (especially Steve) stood apart in this regard. I was treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy at all times, and my questions and decisions were fully acknowledged. This level of service was refreshing and greatly appreciated, and I would confidently recommend Capital Cars to others seeking a positive and professional car-buying experience.

Horrible service. Terrible cars. I bought a white Honda Civic (2014 plate) on November 2nd 2025, and after two days, I realized there was an issue with the gearbox. I went to an AA-approved garage for a diagnosis, and they confirmed the problem. I had to return the vehicle to the dealer, and they took more than two weeks for their own diagnosis. They were absolutely not interested in respecting my consumer rights (the Right to Reject) and tried to pin the fault on me, even though I had the car for less than a week. I had to struggle a lot to get my refund. Ultimately, I did get my refund, but a lot of time, energy, and money were wasted in dealing with them. And the worst part: the staff who dealt with my case, were too lazy to perform their minimum duties and did not care about the customers in any manner. I can never recommend such a dealer. Don't even think about buying a car from them. Unfortunately, there is no option to give less than one star, or else I would have given minus stars.

Bought a car over the weekend from Capital Cars on Queens Rd. Would recommend to other buyers wanting to purchase a reliable and budget friendly car, make sure to visit here. From the great help I was given in selecting a car for my needs I was also greeted and felt comfortable with the whole process. 10/10 experience!
