Outstanding service from start to finish. Amazing group of people, Simon went above and beyond to cater to my needs as I just had a really bad experience with the trade center. I checked out alot of cars test drove 1 or 2 and was there about 3+ hours just looking around, not once was I bothered by a "salesman" nor speech, if I needed something or had any questions they was in the office to ask but essentially let me just look at my own pace which was very much appreciated after being missold to previously. They even held a car 2 weeks after I paid the deposit while I waited for my finance to pay out for the last car. All in all I can never see myself buying a car from anywhere but here you certainly have a long life customer here well done guys great work! Additionally I did notice some noises after purchase took it back the next morning and the manager came for a test drive with me he was really nice and helpful. happy to do any work needed little or large jobs so was really pleased overall!

I had found the exact car I wanted for a great mileage and price combo and went to test drive, there were a couple minor things that needed sorting (lane assist warning light, engine service light) they where happy to answer my questions and put me at ease. Massive props to the lads who worked with me so that I could get the car soon as possible while also going above and beyond to ensure the car was to the best standard possible after the fact. There was issues with lane assist at first but they gave me options and after returning the car for a day they where ultimately able to completely sort it, even left us a few extra miles in the tank. Did read some reviews myself and was hesitant but In my experience the cars great and the service was brilliant.

Bought a car from here. Very pleased with the service - was allowed to test drive a car last minute as the car I originally wanted to check was already sold. Service was top notch - was clear during the sales process, explained the warranty process well, and options for upgrades. Car didn't have a parcel shelf on sale, but wasn't expecting that they would actually order a replacement after I already bought the car. That's what you call after sale care. Will definitely come back if I need another car.
