Johnson Cars(Sheffield)

I purchased a vivaro van from here and I've had nothing but trouble with it. They masked all the problems by resetting the computer until the 3 month warranty run out. Ive had a new engine fitted a new alternator a new ad blue system and now it's back in for more work. All im saying is be very warry of this garage. Very helpful until they have to helpful if that makes sense. The van cost £11,000 and I've spent close to £9000 trying to sort it out. Up to now and i dread to think what else is wrong with it.

Just recently purchased a fantastic little ford fiesta from these guys, dealt with grant and mark for years, as my dad and brother always have, would defiantly recommend if your in the area looking for motor.

The van sold to me had issues almost immediately, unwilling to fix the issues properly as it was taken in 3 times and the issues kept coming back (attempted bodge fix each time to keep cost down), assuming they do this to drag you out of your cooling off period so you're unable to take the vehicle back, now 12 months later I'm still stuck with a van I'm still paying for that doesnt work, I had to get another van because this one is no good and it's now worth around 5 thousand pounds less than what the finance is so I will be at a loss no matter what I do now regardless of if i bought it outright and sold it on, terrible company would never buy from them again and would strongly advise anybody looking to purchase a van does so with caution so they don't get stung. The van also upon inspection from my mechanic has been in a crash as it has had a spray job on the front end and has crumple marks behind the door hinge. The vans here are seemingly far from good quality vans.

I bought a ford transit connect van from these guys 3 years ago this month and it’s been the best vehicle I have ever purchased! Not had a single problem with it and have recommended these guys to so much people! I contacted Johnson Cars about a van that was for sale and after explaining exactly what I was looking for, they were nothing but honest with me and sent some detailed photos and suggested it might not be suitable. Over the course of 2 weeks I was kept up to date with potential new stock that was due to arrive and was sent more details as they came in. Sadly I didn't purchase a van with Johnson Cars in the end as I found something elsewhere but if you are looking for an honest dealer who cares about customer service I couldn't recommend a better dealer. If I'm ever in the market for another van, Johnson Cars will be my first port of call and I would recommend them to anyone.
