We bought our Toyota CHR in August from Brendan and Carol. I've delayed posting a review to see how the car has been. The car is running really well and I would highly recommend buying a car from here. We live nearby and know this car sales company has been going for many years. There was no high sales pressure from Brendan, just a knowledgeable overview of the cars on sale. Carol took us out for a test drive before we bought the car and was really personable and friendly. We hadn't bought a car for years and Brendan guided us through buying the car in a highly professional and friendly manner. The price was very fair and slightly cheaper than the two Toyota dealerships we also looked at. If you're looking to buy a well maintained, relatively new, used automatic car you should definitely take a look here. Brendan and Anne.

So pleased I bought my Yaris at this friendly, independent garage. Brendan has been 100% organised, knowledgeable and fair. No pushy sales or suspect “special deals”. Instead, all my questions were answered clearly and straightforwardly and I have paid a fair price for an “as new” car. Have already recommended to a friend and would not hesitate to return!

This was hands down the worst car buying experience of my life. I massively overpaid for a car because I trusted what I was told, only to later find out I had been completely misled. As it was my first car in a long time, I didn’t fully know the market value and relied on their “honest advice” – which clearly meant nothing. I raised concerns about the clutch before purchase and was told it was “fine” and only around 30% worn. That turned out to be a complete lie. Just after the warranty expired, an independent mechanic confirmed the clutch was actually around 90% worn and needed immediate replacement. The cost to fix it (£600) was more than the car was realistically worth, after already paying £1,500 more than its true value. In the end, I had no choice but to scrap the car. I feel completely taken advantage of. They were happy to take my money but had no interest in selling a safe or reliable vehicle. I would strongly advise anyone reading this to stay well away and buy elsewhere.
