Am at present very pleased with the service I've received and the car I'm in is very nice and suitable for my everyday requirements ì was a mix up on my fault. I forgot to mention that I only had an auto license so the car they prepared was nice and clean but was a manual, wasn't a problem they just swapped me into a different one that was auto. Didn't take long at all the price for the week was very competitive if not the best value so far from.the previous car hire reviews I've done of 8 of the main big ones deposit was was around the same as the others. The staff are truly very helpful and friendly and talkative throughout the entire process very professional and explained all the details simply I'm still in the week rental will update once done about deposit refund quickness . So picked my new car up 4th Aug 23 returned the car and bt Saturday my refund and deposit was in my bank account top notch
Hired both a brand new tipper and 9 seater mini bus and found the service provided by the staff at Day's Sheffield fantastic to deal with. The vehicles are clean and ready for hire when required and the staff communicate the details well to the customer. Easy to reserve and friendly service, will be using Day's rental again soon. Thank You.
Only had to collect a vehicle from the site and deliver it the staff were brilliant and very friendly and helpful
