I was let down by another rental company on the very morning I needed a vehicle, leaving me in a real bind. With very little time to sort things out, I visited the branch and spoke to Jake i believe is the manager, who was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I explained that I needed a car that same day for a family wedding. Although there wasn’t a vehicle in the category I wanted available on-site, Jake went above and beyond to source one for me in the short time I gave him. I’m so grateful for the effort and dedication he showed. Lewis, who handed over the vehicle, was equally professional and friendly, making the whole process stress-free. Thanks to both of them, what started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience. This is now my go-to place for all my vehicle rental needs — highly recommended! This office always takes additional payments. I bought extras £279,96. It's fairly unexpectedly & poor. I assume Enterprise is a cheater.

Brilliant, professional service Was needing a car through the AA, I can understand they must have been busy, especially on the Monday however they came earlier and made the time to pick me up, Really appreciated that! Saved me so much time as i was worried about picking my children up. So thank you! Really appreciated it.

The phone number doesn't work. I've been trying for 3hrs to contact them. They gave me a car that smells disgusting of cigarette smoke. Like it's had a chain smoker in with the windows shut for a full day. My clothes and hair smelt of it 🤢. They told me if I smoke in it they will charge me £130 to clean it. They clearly haven't cleaned it, before they gave it to me.
