Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Sheffield Penistone Road

Amazing service from the Penistone Road branch. My first time having a hire car and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The car was immaculate and I loved driving it so much I was very very sad to have to return it. Thankyou so much for a really positive experience.

An enterprise vehicle from this location caused damage to my parked vehicle in June. Despite clear CCTV of the incident, they will not accept liability as the driver ‘is unaware of the incident). In 7 months, I have had to chase updates from their insurance and dealt with a disgusting lack consideration to the stress and disruption this has caused me. If you rent a car from here, please be considerate of those who live on the adjacent roads! Because they do not care if you damage them, but we do!

I booked thrice in Aug 2025 for 3 consecutive weekend holidays and got phenomenal service all 3 times from Enterprise Hillsborough. Very helpful staff and car pickup process was swift and smooth. I was lucky I got free upgrades to my bookings as well. Also were very kind to accommodate late returns owing to weekend traffic. Special thanks to Harry who gave me great cars all 3 bookings. His last recommendation of White Renault AustralE was just amazing. Harry was very friendly yet professional and provided me all the details required and clearly explained all the terms of the booking. Overall had a really good experience at Enterprise Hillsborough especially grateful to Harry for helping me have wonderful holidays through his fabulous service with my rental bookings. Will definitely come back to Enterprise Hillsborough again soon and highly recommend it to my friends and colleagues too.

Enterprise supplied a car when my new VW was involved in an accident. They delivered the car to me and on time and also, then arranged a subsequent and punctual no fuss collection from my home when my own car had been repaired and returned. 'AJ' via whom everything was arranged at the Sheffield Hillsborough office, she was absolutely fantastic and is a credit to the company. I won't hesitate to use or recommend them again. Thank you!

Hired a car for 4 days from the Hillsborough branch. The process was very easy to complete online. The staff at the office were fab, especially Lauren who explained the process from start to finish, was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend 👌
