Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Sheffield Queens Road

Don’t leave reviews too often but decided to give those guys full endorsement. This is a busy branch serving central sheffield. I collected a car which was almost brand new with only 5k miles on the odometer. Car was clean and nice. Service on collection swift and professional. Return was just as quick and good and got complimentary drop off at the station. That was nice as this was not advertised on website. Both employees who helped me were very professional and good. Big shoutout to Ruben and Joel. Lately Ive been shopping about different car rental companies but after my last experience I think I will stick to those guys at enterprise

I recently hired from this branch and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff at the Sheffield Queens Road branch, are among the most attentive I’ve encountered. Having used several Enterprise branches for work - this team really stood out. They were warm and welcoming on arrival, quick to assist, and took the time to go through all the checks and the vehicle with me before I left. The Branch Manager, Oliver, also came out personally to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was completely satisfied before driving away. When I returned the car, I was greeted by another friendly and attentive colleague, making the drop-off just as seamless. I’ll definitely be using this branch again - and honestly, the experience has changed my opinion of booking with Enterprise. Please pass on my thanks to this team! ⭐

My husband and I had a terrible experience with this company and strongly recommend avoiding them. We booked a car for 15 days but had to return it after only 2. Their app clearly stated that we would be refunded for the unused days, yet they kept the entire amount and charged us as if we had rented the car for all 15 days. When we reached out for an explanation, they claimed that “prepaid bookings” are never eligible for refunds, which makes no sense considering rentals are almost always paid upfront. Their reasoning completely contradicted the information shown in their own app. This company is misleading and untrustworthy. For your own peace of mind, rent from someone else.

The team at Enterprise were fantastic - including giving us a lift back to the station when we were up against meeting our train. Ben was really helpful and understanding. He also told us that you can ask to be collected from the station too in future. Will defo be using again. The car was excellent, drove really well and was very economical. The premises are a 5 min walk from the station (or a 2 min whiz with Ben). Thanks guys - will be using you again.

I rented from the Sheffield Queens Road branch early November to attend a concert all the way in Newcastle and the experience was outstanding. The staff are very welcoming and efficient. Charlie was outstanding and went above and beyond, even dropped me off at Sheffield station as I was catching a flight the day I returned the vehicle! I have used the branch prior, and I will 100% be using this branch again. Thanks team, and yet again thanks Charlie. Absolute stars! 🌟
