SIXT Car Hire Sheffield Station

Great staffs!! Idris and Mo were both very helpful. Idris, who I met at the pick up, was not only helpful, but also friendly and knowledgeable. I think this branch is very conveniently situated (at the station, so you can get there by train, tram, bus or on foot) and the car is securely parked at the nearby under cover car park. And it's great that they are open on Sundays. The car I hired had only 400 miles, beautifully kept and smelled really nice. Drop off experience was good, too. I went with Mo to check the condition of the returning car and he gave me all clear there and then which was assuring (you never know what the hire companies would take from your deposit!) All in all, I had a very good experience. I booked through booking.com and even though I could hire cheaper from another company I am happy that I hired from Sixt. The only thing is that you cannot speak to the branch very easily (if you phone, it will go to the switchboard and they don't put you through to the branch most of the time. And the people at the switchboard are not as knowledgeable as the staffs at the branch!) But I would hire from Sixt again😊

Mo on the desk was professional and easy to deal with, explained everything clearly. Also want to mention Tareeq, great service and really friendly throughout. I had another great experience at SIXT. The staff were professional, pick-up was smooth and there was no wait time. The car itself was great (I was upgraded to an automatic hybrid free of charge) and drop off was easy. I have rented with sixt several times before and always had great experiences - including in Portugal where a punctured tyre in the middle of nowhere was sorted out unbelievably quickly/smoothly and with no additional cost.
