Consistently supply the wrong parts. Woman on the counter today not especially suitable for a customer facing roll, customers seemed to be a massive inconvenience to her ! Won't be back.

I hate when people don't listen properly, I explained on the phone in great detail that I needed a window mechanism to roll my window down due to the car going in the garage soon. I explained it has NOT got an electric window and needs a mechanical one due to it being an older car. They supplied it and said it was the right part so I took the car into garage and guess what? It was a part for an electric window! Listen in future! I had to pay the garage for labour after they had stripped the door down fully and I had assured them it was the right part due to you telling me it was! So now I'm further out of pocket and the problem has still not been resolved! I won't be returning....

We called as a last resort as they failed to collect a part they'd supplied which was wrong. Used to use them years ago. Had numerous problems with fitment, quality and compatability plus prices can vary. No one at the desk when we walked in, a driver shouted someone through. Was returning a rear light that they said was correct, it didn't have the led light in and was from a previous mark. Not brilliant service.

All three times I've been here, the service has been painfully slow. There is only usually one person serving at the sales desk and what should have been a quick visit to buy a pre-placed order still took almost half an hour. On a positive note, the people working there are generally very cheerful and polite.

I reserved my parts at 10.15am, but I got there for 2pm. 30 mins after i had a text message to come pick up my parts as they are ready to pick up. When i got there, i waited 30 minutes for 3 out of 4 parts ordered. Everything I ordered could've been picked out on the shop floor. Because that's what they did. Their system of reserving is just in shambles. If someone reserves online. Customers expect them to be ready to pick up when they get there. Not to wait another 30 minutes as a walk in customer would. Even though everything was in front of me when I walked in to the shop. Customer service was okay. Waiting time was absolutely terrible. Price was good. Probably the only positive thing about ECP. I had 37% weekend discount applied. Literally the only good thing about my transaction.
