Dolphin Hand Car Wash

£22 valet (internal and out) - for this?! None of the panelling was touched. Left the the car to get a proper clean. Such a disappointment - will stick to Abbeydale road, White rose or Stormz.

Don't just ask for the basic car wash, ask them to do the entire job top to bottom and they will look after you. They have helped me a GREAT deal by getting rid of iron fallout from the body work and alloy wheels! Worth the price when you pay for a proper service!

I had the worst car wash service ever!!!!!!! I took my Nissan juke for a mini valet and left the place no better than I got there. The tyres were not washed but had some oily substance brushed on. The inside of the doors were left unwashed. The boot wasn’t even touched. The inside of the car was sprayed with god knows what and roughly wiped. I had to go elsewhere for a proper car wash. I wish I read the reviews before taking my car. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

Although the service was very quick, it wasn’t as thorough - smeary windscreens and rubbish not removed. I also was ‘negged’ about my complexion (act of emotional manipulation where someone makes a backhanded compliment or flirtatious remark to undermine someone else's confidence) by one of the employees and therefore will never return.

This car wash used to be really good a few years ago. It's still ok but not great. This time the car was not cleaned all that well, seemed to have been done in a rush, the steering wheel was lose after the wash and they expected me to wait while they washed two other cars at the exit blocking me in.
