Had a carwash this morning and the side mirror cover got broke. When i enquired about the incident the employees were dismissive and refused to take any accountability, stating they are not responsible for anything, call the company.

Not the greatest wash, missed the backs of the mirrors so still had bug residue, alloys were still dirty and missed a lot of the dirt, paid for a full ultra hd wash so i was expecting better results for what you pay!

Frankly quite scary! The police were in attendance when I arrived and there was a noisy dispute going on between the owners/workers and the occupants of another car who were using the vacuum cleaner. Customers were ignored whilst the shouting was going on over the top of the cars. My car also emerged with a large scuff along the rear passenger door. Luckily I have some T-cut as I'll never be going back. This was a Tuesday evening at around 5pm. 18th March. Definitely not recommended 🙄

It might be the most reliable and practical car wash in Sheffield. Unfortunately, the price is getting more and more expensive.
