Waited all day for my parcel my time slot was 1:28pm - 2:28pm at 2:21pm the driver phoned me and told me he was on his way but then at 2:23pm I received a message telling me that dhl was sorry as they couldn’t deliver the package yet he never came at all as I was watching for him spoke to an advisor and they said that they can see on the gps he was no where near and that someone would call me in an hour not received a call and now have to wait again tomorrow for my package not happy at all!!!
