I paid & ordered for next day delivery a gift for a member of my family I was out of the country I have a ring door bell the DHL driver came to my door knocked gently on my door the hovered outside my house, instead of ringing the doorbell he put a card through my door confirming no one was in….but they were, I called DHL many departments all passed the buck & was not any help.
Helpful staff but go there before 5pm. They don't post anything after this.
Very helpful staff, quick and reasonably priced service.
The person didn't send my package because it was already 5 and that the establishment closes at 5.30 ! what!
The way I was treated was awesome.
